Mount Salem Kitchen

Mount Salem Kitchen awakens your taste buds creating foods from Central Europe such as Liptauer, Gewürz, Haus Vinaigrette and Vincotto.

The Challenge

Mount Salem Kitchen is a new company with no previous online existence. They were looking for a way to sell their product both locally in person and globally online. They also wanted to highlight surrounding New Jersey retail stores who carry their products.

The Solution

We created a clean and simple website design to showcase their tasty products. The design features rich typography and the client’s own photography.

We then coded a custom WordPress website and integrated WooCommerce to give customers an easy product purchasing experience with Square. Each individual product includes multiple serving ideas and a Mount Salem Kitchen custom recipe. Using WP Post Map and Google Maps API we highlighted local retail stores carrying their products. We also created an email newsletter sign up with Gravity Forms that links to their MailChimp account.
